Hard to believe...

...it is nearly the third anniversary of Cardygirl blogging. We are getting ready to head north to Nundle in a few weeks for the annual Girls Day in the Country with Kerry from The Cottage on the Hill, where the blogging bug first bit! This year our tutor is Sue Daley...paper piecing will be our task...lots of fun...wonder what we will do?
Life remains busy here...meeting builders about the renovation plans...lots of decisions. So I am spending time with emails, trying to do my uni work and having a busy month with family commitments. Not a lot of time to blog, but hopefully that will ease a little.
But I keep putting off something I have had planned since early January...now I am thinking...an anniversary and lots of lovely bloggy friends deserve some recognition! So I am planning on sending off two parcels later next week...leave me a message about whatever you would like to say to me (be nice though!), let me know which parcel you would like in your letter box....
some paper piecing essentials like I have...
or some fat quarters that Anni designed.
Don't blog about it, just let me know that you are out there listening to this ramble before March 10 and a little parcel may find it's way from me to you!

Congratulations Cardy, time flies when you get up to as much mischief as you do. Enjoy Nundle again, it does sound like fun. Both gifts are wonderful but I am loving the Anni fabrics. I haven't even seen the SKOW fabrics except in photos & they look so cute. Enjoy! Tracee xx

I love paper piecing and have 5 big quilts in progress - need to focus on one and get done. And I am constantly getting tempted by new ones. I want to get Sue Daley's new book but will leave it a while to avoid temptation :-) If you're willing to post abroad I would love to be in with a shot of those beautiful fat quarters. Have fun xx

First of course is Happy 3rd Anniversary. I love visiting with you. then of course, I would love to win one of your gifts...I think the fabric as I have not seen them available here in the USA. I have done a little paper piecing and that would be fine also.

Congratulations on 3 years of blogging...I am so glad you started! Nundle is going on my bucket list, I think...it always sounds like so much fun! I am yet to see Anni's fabric, so that would be my first choice....but then, Smiggle is always a hit around here too :) Happy mail is good no matter what it contains!

Happy anniversary! Have a great time with Sue. I'm soooo very jealous. She is a fabulous lady.

Love your blog by the way! It is a great source of inspiration.

PS If I won I'd happily take whichever gift the other winner didn't want because I like them both.

Hi, I'm a newbie blogger, but have been reading your blog for a few months now... Three years is a lot of sharing - Well Done! I actually turn 4-0 on the 10th, so a little parcel would top things off nicely, ha ha.

Hey Alison happy blogoverary :@ Have fun in Nundle, you might want to take an extra layer, Mum (Tamworth) says it starting to get chilly in the evening, but then again knowing the weather up there it could be hot!

Love the fat quarters :@ seeing as I seemed to have been bitten by the quilting bug after about 7 years.

On a different note, not sure if you know that Miss Bev has not been well. I'll send you an email.
