More circles!

As the assignment has been submitted, I felt there was an opportunity to do a bit of sewing.
Better than therapy, a bit of stitching time helps to clear befuddled brains. I am nearly to the end of my circle game blocks...they have been fun and I have remembered how peaceful hand piecing is...just love it! One more block to come and then it will be time to start assembling them. There is a month break before second semester begins...lots to do in that time, but at least there will be no study deadlines hanging over my head.
Here are my last three blocks...
some still need framing...
but they are fun!
Here are the blocks so far!
The house renos have started...tiles are picked...kitchen is next.
Just a taste!

Love all the blocks... it will be a wonderful quilt!!!
Good luck with the reno's... it's always tiring when things are out of place. Go sew instead of looking at the mess! :)

Love those circles Alison, you've really got your hands full with everything going on in your life. It will be worth all the "craziness" at the end of the day. Good luck with everything! What are you studying?

Oh boy, those circles look luscious together, mine are still in progress sort of. Good luck on the renos, it's hard at that stage.

Well, the sooner the reno's get started, hopefully the sooner they finish. Well done on completing that assignment, & you have some well-earned stitching time now. The circles are amazing !

Gosh, your circles are great. I would never have the courage to be so adventurous with colour. They work so well. It brought to mind when my Mum was a member of the Embroiderer's Guild in the 70s and they were working with Exploded Circles (cutting designs from a circle and playing with the shapes). She found it just too far out of her comfort zone, but still made a couple of great items.
I'm glad the renos have started. Please show us the occasional progress report as you go along.
