Excuses Part Five...the final hurrah!

I know, I know...enough of the excuses!
It is actually bound...looks fabulous too.
BUT...
I have no one to hold it up!
I want a lovely shot of it held high in the daylight.
It deserves it.
So, give me  a couple of days and I might be able to find a friend!
I have only a little clothesline, and no where else to hang it...but I will find a solution!
That was the final moment....drumroll, fireworks! Please!
In other happenings...
this is still under construction, but looks fabulous...Amish with a twist...gorgeous!
A BOM about to start at Quilt-Essentials, a lovely shop owned by Jenny where I sew fortnightly.
It looks great...nice to see the lovely solids, reminds me of my trip with Lea and Lorraine to Amish country.
I was very tempted! But I have stayed strong!
The bibs are finished for the sweet baby boys living next door to me.
Stay tuned for some Soul Searching pictures if I can find a friend!

A big pat on the back. Amish with a Twist is awesome. A brighter version of the typical dark colors I see when I visit Ohio's Amish communities.

Well done you for facing your demons and finishing what I am sure is a beautiful quilt.
You know, if you are really struggling for a model, I could hold it up for you. Send it to me.... or pay my plane fare! LOL Or just throw it on your bed....

Well done! Looking forward to seeing the finished pic. Great backing fabric. Do you think you will stay strong for very long? It's only 6 months.

Good work! Would love to pop over and hold up that awesome quilt...would be much more fun than what I have planned for the next couple of days!

Im standing here and cheering for you (and also doing the happy dance on your behalf) Thank you for sharing that moment of triumph with a picture.

I’d pop over and help you with the holding of the quilt but it’s a wee bit far to drive.
