At last...

Finally, I have all my amitie circle game quilt blocks framed and ready for assembly. It has been a loooong journey....I was doing well until our own personal version of Grand Designs and Location, Location, Location took over our lives!

But it is great to see them all ready for assembly, and I am looking forward to putting them together. I will take a pic in the daylight of them all together to share. Hope they stay flat...looking good so far! The borders have been started....exciting!
A quick hello to my dear, funny and brave friend I visited in hospital today....loved seeing you!

Way to go!! If I focus I just may get mine finished this year. Trouble is, I'm doing another 3 of her BOM'S. You've inspired me!

I wish you "good luck" for its finish. Perhaps 2014 will be it's time to shine.

I can't wait to see them all together!

I almost bought that pattern when I was at the Houston show last year. You're now making me regret not getting it...sigh.

Having renovated a kitchen and laundry and a loungeroom and a couple of bedrooms - I cannot even imagine what it must be like to try to do it all pretty much at once.

Your Amitie blocks look fabulous Cardy!

Ugh- going to bathroom scout for fittings and fixtures this weekend - your post just reminded me of the disruption Im going to have to endure when the bathroom reno starts...

Gorgeous blocks Alison - I love black/white spot fabric - such a great fabric for setting blocks.

Delicious eye candy. Your fabrics area treasure trove of yumminess. . . .and your piecing is faultless . . . sigh . ..

I love your blocks and you must love the fact that they represent that you're on the other side of your renovations.
